My wife Hayley and I are Equity Managers on Akitu Farm in Coldstream. We have 5 children with the eldest in his first year at Lincoln University studying Ag Commerce under a Rylib Group Scholarship.
We got the opportunity to convert Akitu from a cropping farm to a Dairy unit after spending two seasons as Manager on another Rylib Group Farm. Previously I have had experience as a builder, building residental houses in Marlborough. My education includes a Diploma in Agribusiness Management.
During the past two seasons I have been part of the Rylib Group Leadership Team which allows me some input into the business along with high level training in the Rabobank Executive Development Plan.
