Our Scholarship
Purpose
At Rylib Group, we are passionate about growing the next generation of farmers. By educating and supporting undergraduate students to succeed and have a step up into the dairy industry, we are raising the standard and demonstrating our commitment to farming for the future.
What a Rylib Group Scholarship Entails
This is a one-year scholarship.
A continuing scholarship may be offered with consideration of applicant grades and commitment to the dairy industry. (On a discretionary basis of completion)
The value of the scholarship is $ 5,000
Application Criteria
Applicants must have successfully completed the first year of a Bachelor of Agriculture or Agricultural Science with an interest in Dairy to be eligible to apply.
Once successful, recipients must maintain a B Grade minimum.
Who is eligible?
Applicants must be New Zealand Citizens or Permanent Residents.
Applicants must be intending to enter their second year of study towards a Bachelor of Agriculture or Agricultural Science, and be able to provide successful completion evidence.
Application Process
Applications will close 1st November, prior to study commencing in February.
Screening will take place and successful applicant will be notified 1st December.
A successful applicant may have the opportunity to complete their Summer Practical Work Component working on a Rylib property, to compliment their report.
The successful applicant will be given priority in consideration when receiving a job when available.
